Annual General Meeting of the EBU 2010

General Information
The meeting is taking place in Piliscsaba, a small town about 30 kilometers north of Budapest, the capital of Hungary.

Registration
You can register for the EBU AGM 2010 by filling out and submitting the online registration form.
Please submit the registration form, duly completed, before 31st May 2010. In case you don't know your travel details (required for the registration) yet, please just indicate your intention to participate in an informal letter to the e-mail address ebu2010(at)dharma.hu and submit the registration form latest by 20th August 2010. A copy of the registration form will be automatically delivered to the board of the European Buddhist Union.
Accommodation
Accommodation is in two buildings with a maximum capacity of 50 people for lodging (in double and triple rooms mostly). Regular fee is €35/night. (incl. 3 meals and 2 refreshments). There is a limited number of single rooms available for an extra fee of €15/night (see registration form).
Alternative accomodation is available in Szent István Panzio, about 3 kilometers from venue. If you are interested in this option, we recommend you to make your own booking:

If you choose this latter option, the participation fee is €65 (including 3 meals/day and refreshments).
How to get there
To get to Piliscsaba by car: take road Nr. 10. from Budapest towards Esztergom. (We will provide more details for drivers on request.)
A shuttle service will be organized from:
- Budapest airport (Ferihegy) to Piliscsaba and back: €25/person (one way).
- Budapest railway station to Piliscsaba and back: €20/person (one way).
- We will also offer transfer from Piliscsaba railway or bus station to/from the venue for €5.
Alternatives:
- taxi from Ferihegy airport to Piliscsaba, approx. € 50
- public transport (train or bus) from Budapest to Piliscsaba, approx. € 8.
Excursion
We will organize a bus and boat trip to the Danube Bend (between the towns of Esztergom and Visegrad) on Saturday, for a price of €25. A registration for the trip is required (included as an option on the registration form).
